REBECOMING:

the process of returning to who you always were—beneath the conditioning, beyond the performance, before the world told you who to be.

The word "rebecoming" holds space for deconstruction and rebirth at once.

it's not about becoming someone new—but about peeling back the layers until you re-meet the original self, more clearly, more courageously, more consciously.

it honors the nonlinear nature of transformation:

you don’t arrive once. You re-become over and over. In cycles. In seasons. In spirals.

each version more true than the last.

it’s also a reclamation of agency—you’re not passively “changing,” you’re actively choosing to rebecome.

UNDERSTAND

the human design system shows you how you, uniquely, are built to make decisions, relate to others, and move through life with clarity, ease, and self-trust.

this is where we begin: by seeing yourself with radical honesty. it’s the unraveling of who you’ve been told to be, and the discovery of who you actually are. through disecting your design, we break down the mechanics of how your energy works—so you can stop forcing what’s not yours and start moving in a way that’s natural. this understanding gives your mind the safety it needs to finally let go, and trust your intuition to lead.

UNBLOCK

knowing isn’t enough. to truly change, we have to work with the subconscious—where stories, emotional residue, and protective patterns still live, long after the mind has moved on. through practices like 9D breathwork and somatic work, we access stored emotion, inherited narratives, and survival-based wiring that once kept you safe, but now keep you stuck. this is the work of creating new neural pathways—retraining your body and brain to feel safe in the present. when your nervous system is no longer living in the past, you regain the ability to choose differently. to respond rather than react. to live from who you are now, not who you had to be.

ALIGN

this is where change sticks. insight alone isn’t enough—real transformation happens when your clarity shows up in how you move, choose, and live day to day. in this phase, we root what you've uncovered into rhythms, rituals, and structures that actually support you.

you learn to trust your body, strengthen your intuition, and create environments that reinforce who you truly are. when your actions reflect your inner reality, alignment stops being an idea and becomes your new baseline.
